This trio of quilts was designed to honor a deceased loved one, after his impressive collection of ties were rediscovered in a long forgotten corner of a dusty Florida attic. Rather than see these ties be sent to the thrift shop donation bin, they have been meticulously deconstructed and reworked into a modern design. Memorial quilts serve as a wonderful way to repurpose something that has outlived its former use, and to create an heirloom that sparks memories of the lost loved one.
